We have a dedicated allergy procedure in place to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination when preparing allergy-sensitive orders. While we take extra precautions, please note that we cannot guarantee any item is completely allergen-free due to shared equipment and ingredients in our environment.

When an allergy order is placed, our team follows these steps:

• Wash hands thoroughly up to the elbows before beginning preparation 
• Retrieve backup ice cream tubs designated as allergy-safe 
• Use toppings from back stock only, if requested 
• Grab a clean scoop from the designated “allergy scoops” container 
• Inform all team members on shift that an “allergy order” is being prepared to prevent cross-contact 
• Carefully scoop and serve the order using designated allergy-safe items 
• Immediately return and properly store all allergy-safe tubs and toppings after use 

Important Notice:
This establishment does use common food allergens in many products. Due to shared preparation areas and equipment, we cannot guarantee that any item served is 100% allergen-free. Additionally, toppings and cones may be produced in facilities that also handle allergens.
